When hunger strikes and the rest of the crew starts to stir, the open, well-equipped kitchen makes breakfast prep simple with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. The dining room table seats eight, and the littles can perch at the barstools for a fast bowl of cereal. Head for the beach after breakfast - you’re less than a half-mile away. This home also has two adult bicycles if you want to discover on two wheels.

Get the best rental home value:

Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses.   • Go through the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
