The main level has an open floor plan with a roomy living and dining area with coastal bungalow-style furnishings and striking vistas from the broad oceanfront windows.

Breaker's Edge features a entirely-outfitted gourmet kitchen, featuring two full-size fridges. The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and bags up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87 F. Please call our office for more details, as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Savor a welcome set of starter amenities, including K-cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath and beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.
