There is a community pool available for guests to savor, pool is available from Mid May - Mid September (dates are determined by the HOA). Free WiFi access in the unit, 1 Intelligent TV (basic cable supplied). This unit has a pack and play and 2 beach chairs available for guest use. 3rd floor condo. This complex is just before Freeman park on the North end of Carolina Beach where you are able to access the beach with your 4 wheel drive car (Freeman Park Passes must be purchased from the Town of Carolina Beach).
