This beachfront roomy duplex is located 3 blocks from the boardwalk and all things that make CB striking! This home features a freshly modernized kitchen, wood floors, bespoke tiled baths/showersi. The ocean facing living area provides beautiful vistas and plenty of space to comfortably host all of your guests. Additionally, for your convenience, there is an elevator and a private beach access.

Getting Around:
Many bars, eateries, and coffee stores are within walking distance of the duplex and Carolina Beach is a very bicycle and golf cart friendly community. Please let our team at Going Coastal know if you need recommendations for units.

Other Things to Note:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay


There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

Located in Carolina Beach, this villa is on the beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting.

  • In the Cape Fear area area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best properties are reserved very early. Booking your rental property 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
  • Summer is the most expensive season in the Cape Fear area area. To find the most suitable rental within budget, we highly recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies typically offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for program terms and fees.

If your rental and/or property manager was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
