Ocean Isle Beach is a superb, family-friendly vacation destination offering wide sandy beaches, marvelous eateries and tons of recreational activities for all. It is a ideal place to savor an entire week at the beach or a fast weekend hideaway. Our refreshed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located just steps from the beach and an oceanfront, gated pool. It's attractively decorated and has all of the amenities of home! Savor a cup of coffee in the morning on the private back deck with ocean view, and at dusk, you'll want to sit on the front patio for an striking, uninterrupted view of the sunset over the marsh.

The master bedroom features a king bed, tons of natural light and access to a private patio. There are two additional guest rooms, gorgeously decorated, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds.

Please remember that sheets and towels are not included. Entirely outfitted kitchen. Washer and dryer in the unit. Non-smoking and no family pets allowed.

Finding your perfect rental:

  • Summer is high season in Ocean Isle Beach. Booking in Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses.   • Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property when you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Just before checking out, take a final walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take video of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a wonderful vacation? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your property and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
