This gorgeous oceanfront home (2K, 5Q, 2T) will make your vacation one to remember! With private beach access, a swimming pool (open from Easter - October), seven bedrooms, and six and a half baths this property is a roomy getaway. Two living areas with flat-screen TVs, a sizable dining room table, covered porches with ocean vistas, and a fireplace are just some of the amenities this home offers. This home also has an EV charger installed so you can charge during your stay.

The owner of this home privately arranges their own cleaning and inspection services. Please note, Hobbs Realty trusts in the owner's commitment to excellence and does not conduct additional inspections before or after guest stays. This home only offers 4 PM check-ins, as Early Check-In/Late Check-Out and automated House Ready Notifications are unavailable.

Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath towel sets per occupancy (16) for your convenience. Each set includes a washcloth, hand towel, and bath towel.

Getting the most from your budget:

  • The sooner you can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best properties are reserved early. Reserving your rental home 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. During your stay:

  • Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental while you are away, just like you would back home.
  • To make certain that no damages are attributed to your family's visit, inspect for any problem areas during check in. message the rental manager immediately to report any issues. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be very helpful.
  • Be respectful. Often times, surrounding homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting noise limits and parking policies reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Double-check every room of the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a excellent stay? Most rental websites make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
