Summary:
This condo is located in the heart of Carolina Beach. Within a few blocks there are fishing charters, stores, eateries, bars, festivals, events, and other attractions that make this a year round destination. The condo faces the ocean with a public beach access right across the street.

The Space:
This condo was refreshed extensively in 2016. It is primarily a weekly rental during the summer (furnished and supplied as one would be) but it's available for shorter stays the rest of the year. All TVs are Intelligent TVs with Netflix, Hulu, & other Apps. There is a stack unit washer/dryer in the condo. Outdoor Pool is generally open May-October 15th. There is a bicycle rack available if you bring your bicycle.

Guest Access:
This is a professionally operated vacation rental condominium. You have access to the entire unit.

Getting Around:
Walk! You can walk to most anything in Carolina Beach from this location. The boardwalk is two blocks away. Beach Access across the street. Fishing Charters available across the street on the other side. Over a dozen stores, eateries, & bars, are within walking distance.

Other Things to Note:
Access: Enter using an electronic code doorknob so you can check in as soon as you arrive! The code is changed between each guest.

Parking:
Assigned Parking for 2 Vehicles, parked in tandem (back to back). An hourly/daily pay parking lot is available next to Beach Harbour if you need more parking. This lot is complimentary in the Winter.

Queen, Pyramid Bunk (top twin, full middle, twin trundle under), couch bed.

Interaction with Guests:
We are available at anytime. We prefer to communicate through the app to keep track of any communications. You will also have cell #s to call/text in case of emergency.

Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• In the Cape Fear area area, The sooner you can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are booked very early. Reserving your vacation home up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
• Some hosts offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
• Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental to confirm you've collected everything. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition.
• Remember to leave a review! Property owners rely on good ratings to stimulate future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective.
