This new townhome constructed in 2023 has 3 bedrooms, accomodating up to 8 guests (2 kings, 1 queen, and 1 full bed) as well as 2 full baths and 1 half bath. This property is located in a peaceful neighborhood but not far from all the activities Carolina Beach and Kure Beach have to offer. The main floor consists of an broad living room with a couch, adore seat, and two rattan chairs. The living room also includes a table and chairs to play games, work on puzzles, or have a dedicated workspace. Some games and puzzles are included to help spend quality time with family and friends. Adjacent to the living room is a completely equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances that consists of all the necessary cooking and entertaining essentials. Next to the kitchen is a dining area that comfortable seats 8 and a huge pantry with plenty of storage. There is a pass-through kitchen window to the covered porch with a bar top. The balcony is a great place to savor your morning coffee or evening beverages while taking in the ocean breeze.

The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and the laundry (washer and dryer). The master bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom. The two additional bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The ground floor patio has an outdoor storage closet, picnic table, two chair hammocks, a bench swing, and an outdoor shower to relax after a long day at the beach. Parking is available in the driveway effortlessly fitting four cars.

All linens, bath towels, bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper), kitchen essentials (paper towels, trash bags, basic cleaning supplies) and some beach essentials (beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, heavy-duty shovel, and bodyboards) will be included. There is a combo drip/pod coffee machine in the kitchen that comes with complimentary K-cups and tea bags to get your vacation started.

Stay connected with high-speed mesh Wi-Fi. Password and access supplied at check-in. The living room and all 3 bedrooms include a intelligent Roku TV accepting access to live TV options and streaming apps using your own personal log-in to start right where you left off at home. Netflix is supplied on all TVs.

Finally, a propane gas grille is available to guests but we are unable to guarantee there will be gas in the tank. You can exchange the tank at the close by Walgreens or Food Lion.

Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire townhouse except for the owner's closet in bedroom 1.

Other things to note:
For clarity, the check out instructions sent to all guests are as follows:
1) Load all dirty dishes and start the dishwasher
2) Place all dirty towels in the shower or bathtub
3) Please rinse and return all beach accessories to the outdoor storage closet
4) Place all garbage and recycling in the bins outside. Please roll the bins to the curb for trash and recycling pick up
5) Set both thermostats to the 'Cool (AC)' setting at 75 degrees in the warm months and 'Heat' setting at 68 degrees in the cool months
6) Conduct a final check to ensure you haven't forgotten anything
7) Lock the front door and outdoor storage closet

Located in Carolina Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach, while Carolina Beach Boardwalk and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are popular area attractions.
