This is the ideal property for two couples and a bunch of kids!  You'll appreciate the salt sea air and the beautiful Carolina Lake Vistas from our Two Lake View Porches, and the short half-block walk to either the Ocean or Carolina Lake from our gracious home.  Every Saturday the local arts and craft festival is at your doorstep!  Two beach access points within a one min. walk make you intimate with the Beach.  Pick up your daily fresh foods at Veggie Wagon right across the street. You'll fall in appreciate with the impressive water vistas from nearly every room and the ease of the elevator, stopping on both floors of our townhouse.  You'll have plenty of sleep time privacy for three families in our three separate Guest Suites on the first floor of our Townhome. When you are ready to event, have a beverage on the porch, and fix a delicious meal, join together on the top floor with all the graciousness of a traditional family home. Our Great Room has supremely comfortable furnishings, plenty of space to spread out, and generous natural light.  For a bit of opulent privacy, savor the gorgeous sunset view from your private master bedroom porch. Sophisticated and high quality furnishings will keep you coming back for a casually handsome experience at striking Carolina Beach.

Rental Policies:
In response to increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4pm and are guaranteed by 6pm
Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3pm and are guaranteed by 5pm
Check Out is by 10 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re rented. If premises are re rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or appreciate a calming ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a cozy little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famed Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. One of the last remaining beach boardwalks on the East Coast, it includes a variety of eateries, arcade, stores, ice cream, Famous Britts Donuts, bars, and more! During the summer months, the Boardwalk is bustling with the sound of music, carnival rides, bingo, family nights, and events like the weekly fireworks and concert series. Rent a Jeep, bicycle, or golf cart as the most convenient ways to navigate the island. Annual off- season events include the Cape Fear Kite Festival, Christmas by the Sea, and the Island of Lights Festival.

About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach, while Carolina Beach Boardwalk and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are popular area attractions. Jungle Rapids Family Fun Park and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

When to go & When to book:

• Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Summer is high season in the Cape Fear area area. Reserve your Cape Fear area vacation home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
