"Bay Breeze" is a three bedroom / two bath located in the Maritime forest off of North Bald Head Wynd. This home is tucked around great Live Oaks giving you the feel of being in an actual tree home! The sizable, broad windows let in tons of light and the open floor plan is great for family gatherings. The first level contains a garage and entry way. The second floor within the tops of the trees has the main living area. Please note there are not blinds for these windowns. The kitchen is well outfitted and lives very well. Upstairs is the master king suite as well as two more bedrooms with a shared bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen and the 3rd bedroom has two twins. Outside we have numerous expansive decks. Downstairs there is an outdoor shower and plenty of room for outdoor grilling. Upstairs off of the living is a nice screened in porch with an outdoor dining area and a hammock. Right off of the screened porch is a sun bathing deck.

Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• Some hosts and property managers offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your family before you book.
• Property management companies often offer renters an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses.
