"Bay Breeze" is a three bedroom / two bath located in the Maritime forest off of North Bald Head Wynd. This home is tucked around great Live Oaks giving you the feel of being in an actual tree home! The enormous, broad windows let in tons of light and the open floor plan is great for family gatherings. The first level contains a garage and entry way. The second floor within the tops of the trees has the main living area. Please note there are not blinds for these windowns. The kitchen is well outfitted and lives very well. Upstairs is the master king suite as well as two more bedrooms with a shared bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen and the 3rd bedroom has two twins. Outside we have multiple expansive decks. Downstairs there is an outdoor shower and plenty of room for outdoor grilling. Upstairs off of the living is a nice screened in porch with an outdoor dining area and a hammock. Right off of the screened porch is a sun bathing deck.

• In the Cape Fear area area, The sooner your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Booking your vacation rental up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
• Property management companies sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
• Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer customers an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses.
