Constructed in 2020 and kept in pristine condition, this home is the ideal blend of fresh coastal design and everyday comfort. From the moment you walk through the door, you’ll feel the care and intention that went into creating a space that’s both beautiful and functional, with all the little extras that make a vacation feel just right.

Let’s start with the location! Just a short 15-min. walk over the 20th Street beach crossover, you’ll be dipping your toes in the sand in no time. You’ll also find yourself within painless walking distance to Veterans Park, one of Oak Island’s most peaceful spaces, ideal for a morning stroll, an afternoon picnic, or simply watching the boats on the Intracoastal Waterway.

Back at the home, you’ll find a bright and breezy open floor plan that makes gathering simple and delightful. The entryway flows into a cavernous living room where big windows let in tons of natural light and comfortable seating invites you to settle in and relax. Whether you're flipping through a book, appreciating a glass of wine, or catching up on a movie after a beach day, this is a space designed to make you feel at ease.

The kitchen is one of our favorite spots in the home, and we think it might become one of yours, too. It’s modern and shining clean, with handsome granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a enormous central island that’s ideal for meal prep, snacking, or late-nighttime chats. Everything you need is here: cookware, silverware, dinnerware, even a few thoughtful extras like a blender and a coffee maker to get your mornings started right. You'll find this kitchen is equipped and ready for anything.

The dining area sits just off the kitchen, with a table big enough for family meals, game nights, or even a little laptop time if you’re working remotely (yes, we have fast Wi-Fi!). It’s a great space to connect, eat, laugh, and appreciate good company.

When it’s time to rest, you’ll have three attractively appointed bedrooms to choose from, each designed with fresh linens, comfortable linens, and a relaxing, uncluttered vibe. The primary suite is a true getaway—with a cozy king-sized bed, a huge walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom featuring a double vanity and a handsome walk-in shower.

The two additional bedrooms are just as alluring, with queen-sized beds and soft, clean linens that makes every nighttime feel like a luxury. There’s also a second full bathroom in the hallway with a tub/shower combo, great for rinsing off salty skin and sandy feet or soaking in a calming bath after a full day of fun.

Step out back and you’ll find a screened-in patio that feels like your own private hideaway. It's the ideal spot for a cup of coffee in the morning, a peaceful afternoon read, or a candlelit dinner while the breeze rolls in. The backyard is completely enclosed with a black ornamental fence, so it’s safe for kids to play.

The home is located in a peaceful residential area, making it the ideal place to slow down, breathe deep, and simply be.
