Elevator in building. Entire beach front condo, 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, entirely equipped with washer/dryer & gated parking spaces (2-first come, first serve) under the building with parking passes supplied. $100 fee for lost or not-returned parking passes. NO FAMILY PETS

About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach, while Carolina Beach Boardwalk and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are popular area attractions. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and Tregembo Animal Park are also worth visiting.

• Record any damages to the property upon arrival, and immediately contact the owner. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that are valuable if damages are attributed to your stay.
• Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You'll increase your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors can be an excellent resource to find the best local spots.
• Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
• Re-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items on check-out day. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
• Did you have a great time? Many rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your property and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear about it.
