Three Seas at the Beach is a brand new 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhouse constructed in 2020 with bespoke finishes throughout. This property is an painless 4 min. walk to the beach. Pride of ownership throughout this home, and we hope you feel welcome when you stay! Savor the reverse floorplan with the kitchen and living room on the top level! Several private patios to savor the fresh ocean breeze! Close to everything, and you'll adore the proximity to the beach!



The Space:

All Going Coastal properties include bed linens, bathing towels, paper products, and soaps/shampoos. Please bring your own beach gear, or we can recommend our favorite local vendors for units.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is close to everything. Mix of visitors and year round residents.



Getting Around:

- Free parking at townhome



-Walk, bicycle, public parking at beaches and in town



-Bicycle and golf cart units are available on the island- let our Going Coastal team know if you need any recommendations.



-Uber cars and taxi's are also available

Thank you for choosing Three Seas at the B for your vacation! We appreciate our home and are happy to share it with you! We ask that you please use the placemats supplied while dining and our walls are sensitive, so please be careful with your suitcases while coming up and down the stairs.



Three Seas is centrally located to access all outdoor activities "Pleasure Island" has to offer fishing, boating, cycling, surfing, kayaking, and deep sea charters. Many extraordinary eateries, eclectic drinking holes and coffee stores + Historic Ft. Fisher and the NC Aquarium. Check out Carolina Beach’s new mural project too! There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.
