* Bed linens and bath towels supplied, as well as hand soap, dish soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, trash bags, paper towels, and coffee/tea. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies.

House Rules:
*No Smoking. If anything is smoked inside, you will incur a fee for a deodorization treatment.

*Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. Early check ins and late check outs are unfortunately not typically available due to our cleaners' schedule. However, we will do everything we can to accommodate your schedule. Please no parking on the property before check in time or after check out time so our cleaning team can effortlessly park.

* Painless check-in with a digital code unique to you.

* Parking available for 2 cars in the mulch driveway only.

*Visitors must be approved by host.

*Please be honoring of our neighbors by keeping the noise volume low and by not walking through neighbors yards.

*Do not burn incense or similar items. These scents are difficult to remove during a quick turnover and the next guests may have sensitivities to smells.

Located in Carolina Beach, this apartment is on a river. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. Carolina Beach Arcade and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Get the most from your rental budget:

Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
• Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses. • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
• Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the property to confirm you've collected all personal items. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the rental a final time and scan for damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition.
• After your trip, leave a review! Hosts rely on excellent reviews to inspire new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback.
