Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects. To help prevent bugs from entering the home, please keep the doors closed. If you happen to come across any (they can be pesky!), we will do what we can to take care of the situation as soon as possible!

- Guests can expect to climb a few stairs to get to the front door.
- Free parking is readily available on site

Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
• Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Owners sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses. • Lock your rental home while you're away. Keep your property safe!
• Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Walk through the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.
• Remember to leave a review! Hosts rely on excellent reviews to inspire more bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback.
