Unit 3A, an Oceanside condo, offers gorgeous expansive vistas and direct beach access—just a few steps down, and you're on the sand. Located on the top (third) floor, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit features an additional-sizable deck accessible from both the master bedroom and living room, where new bar-height chairs and a pub-height table provide the ideal spot to appreciate impressive ocean and sunset vistas. The master bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a private bath, and sliding glass doors leading to the deck, accepting you to wake up to the sunrise over the water. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a full bathroom, and its own patio overlooking the pool.
