Oceanfront eighth floor unit in an elevator building with great vistas, wireless internet and cable for your enjoyment during your stay. Located in center of island close to shopping and eateries. This unit has exceptional vistas from the enormous deck with access from living area and master bedroom. The complex has an outdoor pool, indoor pool and grilling area.

Please note: There is a doorbell camera at the front door. Additionally, an HOA-operated security camera has been installed on the street-facing side of the building. This camera provides surveillance of the area in front of the complex.
