Oceanfront condo located on the ninth floor, and has a ocean view.. The photos will show the owner's personal touches in making a comfortable and calming beach get away.

There is a full kitchen and all necessary cookware and dishes. The condo can sleep five people. There is a single twin bed and a sleeper couch in the living area. The bedroom has a king size bed and TV. The condo has striking and private WiFi and the cable service has a full package of entertainment options.

Full housekeeping and maid service is included in your rental price. When departing it is requested that the dishwasher be loaded and the garbage removed to the onsite dumpster.

Sticking to your rental budget:

  • Booking in Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties.   • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group.
