This is an Oceanfront condo located on the third floor of Atlantic Towers in

Carolina Beach. The photos will show the owner's personal touches in making

a comfortable and calming beach get away.

There is a full kitchen and all necessary cookware and dishes. The condo can

sleep four people. There are twin bunk beds constructed into an alcove in the

hallway. The bedroom has a king size bed and TV. The bathroom has an refreshed

walk-in shower. The condo has superb and private WiFi and the cable service

has a full package of entertainment options.

Full housekeeping and maid service is included in your rental price. When

departing it is requested that the dishwasher be loaded and the garbage

removed to the onsite dumpster.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Lock your rental home while you are out. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a great time? Many rental management companies make it easy for guests to provide feedback.
