-Queen bedroom with intelligent TV, chair, walk in closet with room darkening shades. Full bathroom just outside the door.

2nd floor:
-Master bedroom with luxury en-suite bathroom. All toiletries and plush linens included. Plush Helix bed with cooling, breathable linens. Plenty of pillows & blankets. Intelligent Tv and walk-in closet. Attached balcony with seating and table.

1. Pet stays must be paid in advance or an automatic $250 fee will be applied. If you decide to bring your pet after your reservation is made please message us and we can request the pet fee.

2. Checkout instructions must be followed or a $75 fee will be applied to compensate cleaners.

3. No smoking. If smoking occurs an automatic fee is $300 will be applied for smoke remediation.
