Equipped 2 kings & 4 queens, entirely-supplied, gourmet kitchen, humongous living room, elevator, Helix beds, complimentary specialty coffee / coffee bar, & parking for 4 cars plus complimentary street parking. Top level - 3rd floor:

-open, roomy living room with plenty of seating for groups. 75” Tv with multiple streaming apps. Throw blankets for movie nights on the huge sectional couch.
-Deck with gas fire pit, sectional couch and 2 chairs. View of the ocean from the balcony and crows nest just up the spiral staircase. Crows nest has bar top seating and bar top Adirondack chairs with shared table. Great ocean vistas!
-Queen bedroom with intelligent TV, chair, walk in closet with room darkening shades. Full bathroom just outside the door.

2nd floor:
-Master bedroom with luxury en-suite bathroom. All toiletries and plush linens supplied. Plush Helix bed with cooling, breathable linens. Plenty of pillows & blankets. Intelligent Tv and walk-in closet. Attached balcony with seating and table.

2nd king bedroom:

Keyless intelligent lock with additional lockbox with physical keys for emergencies. Guests with have full, private access to the entire space.

We will have three hosts dedicated to guest needs. With three eyes watching to listing we answer promptly for any guest needs.

Fantastic location on a peaceful street. Walk, bicycle or drive to all Carolina Beach has to offer.

Car optional. Guests can bicycle or walk to multiple attractions and destinations.

The beach is just a 3-min. walk (we have walked it and timed it). Public beach access. Less than 3 mins. from the famed Tiki Bar.

1. Pet stays must be paid in advance or an automatic $250 fee will be applied. If you decide to bring your pet after your reservation is made please message us and we can request the pet fee.

2. Checkout instructions must be followed or a $75 fee will be applied to compensate cleaners.

3. No smoking. If smoking occurs an automatic fee is $300 will be applied for smoke remediation.
