Welcome to The Don, a newly constructed (2022) modern beach home ideally located on a calming lagoon at the west end of Ocean Isle Beach. This cavernous reverse floorplan home features six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms across three levels, offering plenty of room for families and friends to relax and appreciate. Every bedroom has a private en suite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

The top floor features a handsomely designed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, double ovens, two dishwashers, an undercounter ice maker, and a enormous dining area. The open living space includes a game table that seats six and plenty of natural light with alluring vistas of the lagoon, the ocean, and the Intracoastal Waterway. The second level offers three bedrooms and a additional living area ideal for calming after a day at the beach. One queen bedroom includes a private balcony, another queen bedroom features a handicap-friendly bath with grab bars and a constructed-in shower seat, and the third bedroom has a king bed.
