With mesmerizing vistas of both the Atlantic AND Bald Head’s calming marsh AND appealingly located across from East Beach, close to the Shoals Club, Cape Fear Station and the Conservancy AND located on BHI’s private, esteemed Middle Island-this five-bedroom, 5.5 bath executive getaway offers the first-class lifestyle you are looking for in the ideal island vacation home! This haven’s true wraparound covered porch faces the water in the front-ideal for savoring seascapes and salty breezes from your rocking chair. Linger here or watch the wetland’s wildlife from the serene back porch dining area. If you’re looking for sun, this level’s outdoor living space also includes a bright conversation zone with a sectional couch and lounges-ideal for tanning and fun. Inside this reverse-floor-plan you’ll find a sizable open central hall boasting warm, planked hardwoods and chic wainscoting.
