Head on up to the first floor where you will find a roomy primary bedroom suite and two more suites sharing a jack and jill bathroom. The top floor is where you will probably spend most of your time in the great room. A opulent kitchen with granite countertops adjoins the dining and living room, which feature shiplap paneling. This premier new build features painless to clean LVP floor throughout, bespoke tile in all the bathrooms, and a spiral staircase to a rooftop sun deck. Luxury abounds in a casually extravagant beach rental that will become your new home away from home.

One car garage. Wide private driveway can accommodate an additional 4 cars, size dependent.

Level 2:

Primary Bedroom Suite: king bed, walk-in closet, ensuite porch, ensuite bath with bespoke tile shower, double granite-topped vanity, toilet. Overflow twin gel bed in closet for guest use (bring your own sheets.)

Guest Bedroom: queen bed with a trundle and storage drawers 

Jack N Jill Bathroom: bathtub and shower, single vanity, toilet

Guest Bedroom: queen bed with storage drawers 



Level 3:

Living Room: Leather Couch, leather side chairs, intelligent VT, ocean view porch with spiral stairs to rooftop

Kitchen: granite countertops with seating for 4, stainless refrigerator, dishwasher, range, and microwave.

Dining Area: dining table with seating for 10 

Hallway Bathroom: bathtub and shower, single vanity, toilet

Bedroom 5: queen bed, ceiling fan, wall mounted intelligent TV



Level 4: rooftop sun deck



Linens - Beds will be made with clean sheets, bath towels will be lying on the end of the beds, bathmats included in each bathroom, kitchen towel and dish sponge supplied. (Guest will need to make any trundle, couch beds, or top bunk beds.)  



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

Check-out is by 10 am. 

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette events, sororities/fraternities 

No smoking

You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.



Pet Policy: No family pets allowed.



Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking, and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat.
