Other amenities include: Sizable Outdoor Shower & Changing Room, New Central Air/Heat, New Indoor & Outdoor Furnishings, Totally Equipped Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, (2) flat screen TV’s and High Speed WIFI.

This home also just received a new paver patio with enormous octagon picnic table and all new landscaping for your outdoor enjoyment.

The property also comes with (3) adult bicycles, (2) kid bicycles and (1) tricycle. That’s a humongous savings as most bicycle units are $45 per week/per bicycle.
