Descend via stairs or elevator to the next level, where a secondary living space awaits, replete with yet another roomy sectional couch, sizable flat-screen Intelligent TV, and a handy wet bar boasting a sink and mini-refrigerator. Three additional bedrooms on this level offer private retreats, each accompanied by its own full bathroom—one hosting a King bed, one hosting a Queen bed, and one designed with two bunk beds featuring trundles, providing ample sleeping space for youngsters. Also present on this level are a half bathroom and the laundry room, ensuring convenience for all occupants.

Further downward, on the ground floor, discover the garage and a convenient side door leading to the backyard, unveiling your very own tropical sanctuary. Enveloped by swaying palm trees, the outdoor space features a dazzling azure pool and rejuvenating spa, alongside a beautiful tiki bar encompassing a wet bar and flat-screen Intelligent TV. PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.

NO home events, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind

NO Family Animals — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers allowed on premise

Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook in home). User error will result in a service charge. No kids are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk.

Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All kids must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

In the peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day), whole home linens and towels are part of the cleaning fee and are supplied in your reservation. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be supplied per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.
**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT included in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $250 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third event. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**

We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.

• Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer their guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for details.

• Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and look for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
