MK and Spencer are available for you at all times, as well as an onsite team that lives close by for emergencies. Please keep communication via the app when possible!

*IF you leave the door to the balcony open the HVAC coil will freeze and it cannot cool the condo. If we have to send out a tech to repair the unit and the coils are indeed frozen YOU forit your security deposit and it will be used to cover the cost of the repair!*
*Dogs under 20lbs ONLY, $100 for one dog and $125 for two. Max two. Please leave the pet cleaning fee in cash at the time of checking out.

The area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach, while Carolina Beach Boardwalk and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are popular area attractions. When to go & When to book:

• In the Cape Fear area area, The earlier you can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are reserved very early. Booking your vacation home 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
• Summertime is high season in Carolina Beach. To book the largest rental home within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Cape Fear area attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Booking websites often offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses.
