Located just a 7 min. walk on the sand from the famed Carolina Beach Boardwalk, you are located for the ideal balance of being centrally located to all entertainment, while still having private access to appreciate more room on the sand for your friends & family.

Other things to note
Although we can host 8 guests and are happy to do so, we feel as though 5-6 guests is optimal for comfort.

Our condo is on the 2nd story without an elevator, therefore there are 2 flights of stairs to climb.

This complex has a total of 3 units; a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor unit, we are the middle unit -you may have the occasional noise, footsteps, etc. from the other guests similar to many other apartments/condos.

• Walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
