Full sized W/D and entirely equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, sizable cavernous dining & living area overlooks the marina, ocean and the boardwalk! Terrific trifecta! Watch the fireworks every Thursday nighttime FRONT SEAT off your private balcony!

Parking is located in the parking garage under the home. Rent bicycles, golf carts, drive within 10 mins. or less to Historic Fort Fisher, NC Aquarium. Downtown Wilmington is about 15-25 mins. away (depending on traffic!).

Animals are acceptable with one time pet fee of $75. The area around this unit can get busy in summer months from the amusement park across the street and restaurant below.
