Wonderful oceanfront Carolina Beach duplex rental, elegantly decorated. The Upper level has two bedrooms and one bath and the Lower level has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths for a total of four bedrooms and two and a half baths. Light and airy with tons of space. Wifi supplied and basic cable. Cavernous decks for sitting, calming and taking in the ocean vistas. Outside shower has hot and cold water that is ideal for an after beach shower. NEW fenced in yard for your furry friends to appreciate!  Both the street side deck and the oceanfront deck off the lower level have a gate to keep your dog secure.  Only three blocks from the Carolina Beach Fishing Pier and Freeman Park 4-Wheel Drive Area. A pet is allowed with a $150 pet fee. Pet type must be approved prior to booking.
 
Sheets and towels are NOT included within the unit. The unit only provides bed pads, pillows and comforters. If you prefer not to travel with linens, ask us about our linen rental service we have here at our office.

  • Summer is high season in Carolina Beach. Reserve your rental in the Fall or Spring to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.

Booking your vacation property 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses.   • Lock your rental home while you're out. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
  • On check-out day, complete a walk-through to confirm you have not leave anything behind. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host is not available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a fantastic time? Many rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property management company was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was wrong and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
