First Floor beach getaway with striking ocean vistas. Appreciate your morning coffee or afternoon drink from one of the two balconies. Catch the sunrise from your bed or get up and take a walk along the beach. Condo has been newly refreshed with modern appliances, including stainless steel refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and charming as spa like bathrooms. Beach chairs all supplied.
Guests who brings family pets will be charged $25 per pet and this is non-returnable.
The space
Living room couch opens to a queen sized bed with an electric inflatable bed that must be deflated when the bed is returned to the couch position
Other things to note
The condo has one flat screen TV in the living room and one flat screen TV in the bedroom. WiFii is available throughout the condo. Coffee, tea, sugar, sugar substitute, creamer, chocolates, toaster, toothpicks, kitchen towels, oven mitts and cooking sheet are all supplied. I also have 2 Boogie boards for the kids or for the adventurous adults.

Carolina Beach is home to this condo. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. Carolina Beach Arcade and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting.

Trip insurance, which usually will cost you between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses. • Re-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your family have a wonderful vacation? Most rental home management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was out of order and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
