When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Sizable Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Enormous Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Generous Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.


All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• The earlier your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved early.
