Get ready for one of the coolest music events that the Port City has to offer with this two-day affair that celebrates the local music scene with an array of talented bands, musicians and performers. The Big What? Wilmington may have a funny name, but it’s quickly becoming one of the most anticipated events of the spring season for music fans, thanks to a growing line-up of bands that will have everyone in the crowd grooving and dancing the night away.
The doors open at 4 or 5 p.m. on Friday and Saturday evenings, and each evening features a collection of awesome bands that deserve to be discovered. On Friday night, music fans can groove to the sounds of Big Something, Zach Deputy, and Rebekah Todd, and on Saturday, the fun continues with a second performance by Big Something, as well as Tauk, and Groove Fetish. Tickets are available for Friday night, Saturday night, and for the full weekend of music, and special VIP tickets are also available for fans who want to get even closer to the music. Held at the centrally located Greenfield Lake Amphitheater, this music festival is a fun way to celebrate the music scene of Port City and well beyond.
