Tandoori Bites

Tandoori Bites is a fresh Indian food restaurant that features an opulent ambiance and a wealth of delicious cuisine. Located long College Road, just steps away from the UNCW campus, this cool restaurant allows college students and established foodies alike to sample a world of authentic Indian flavors.

The exterior may look basic, but the interior is a veritable showpiece, with dark booths and tables, unique décor, a separate bar, and lots of ornate lightning. This is a nice complement to the rich and global cuisine, which is divvied up into appetizers, soups, specials, and breads. Hungry patrons can start a multi-course meal with a classic starter, like the Samosa, Pakora, or the Onion Bhajia, and can continue with a rich Tandoori special like the Tandoori Chicken which is marinated in yogurt and spices, the Seekh Kabab with minced lamb, and a seasoning of onions, herbs and spices, or the Mixed Grill which is a nice sampling of all of Tandoori Bites’ main dishes. Midday patrons with a big appetite will want to order the daily luncheon buffet, which changes regularly, and which features a wealth of mains, side dishes, salads, and even desserts.
