Roko Italian Cuisine

Roko Italian Cuisine is a “casual-upscale” Italian eatery just off of Military Cutoff Road that features fresh fare that’s infused with local ingredients. Overseen by Executive Chef Jadran Peros, diners can feast on an array of seafood, steak, pasta and salads that are a perfect blend of traditional and creatively inspired cuisine.

The dinner menu is separated into Antipasti, Zuppe e Insalate (or soup and salad), Pasta, Carne (meat), Pesce (fish), and Contorni (sides.) Each course is delicious and deserves to be sampled, starting with an appetizer of mussels with white wine garlic or marinara sauce, stuffed artichoke hearts, or traditionally prepared escargot. The pasta selection is extensive, and includes more unique delicacies like gnocchi, wild mushroom ravioli, and Penne Rustica with chicken, artichoke, roasted red pepper, asparagus, and a cream tomato sauce. The carne selection is just as impressive, with classics like chicken or veal Marsala, Florentine or piccata, and more unique selections like lamb chops and filet mignon with truffled mushroom ragout. The pesce selections will thrill any seafood lover, with lobster tails, grilled wild salmon, and flounder laced with prosciutto, and every patron should save room for a classic cocktail or ever-changing dessert. Indulgent and delicious, Roko Italian Cuisine is a fine destination for a taste of exemplary Italian cuisine.
