Catch

Catch has been making waves on the Wilmington dining scene since first opening in 2006, thanks to its award-winning and famous chef and owner, Keith Rhodes. Rhodes was a contestant on the national television show Top Chef and has since returned to his hometown restaurant to serve up deliciously fresh seafood that is infused with a modern twist.

Catch strives to utilize North Carolina organic farmers and local fisheries whenever possible, and the colorful menu reflects this dedication to fresh ingredients. The dinner menu features a modest selection of salads, appetizers and entrees, which highlights local catches and boasts plenty of creativity. Patrons can dive into satisfying dishes like the Cast Iron blackened NC catch filet, with Hoop Cheddar stone-ground grits, spicy collards, and Texas Pete aioli, or the pan-roasted Oriental NC black fin and lump crab cakes, with white truffle mash, mixed farm greens, and Pamlico shrimp and Cognac bisque. Visitors will also want to check out the ever-rotating daily specials, which typically features a number of local catches. Land entrees are also available, like Korean BBQ baby back ribs and Atomic Beef lettuce cups.

Always delightfully different and undeniably fresh, Catch is a good option for diners who want to taste peak North Carolina seafood at its most creative.
