Big Backyard bash

Join us at The Children's Museum of Wilmington on June 7th from 9am-12pm for our Big Backyard Bash, a morning of fun in the sun to kick off your summer! Splash around in our outdoor water play area, including giant bubbles, sensory bins, and water toys! Be sure to wear your swim suit or clothes that can get wet and bring a change of clothes and a towel. Prefer the shade? We also will have a palooza of activities in the museum! Create art with the power of the sun and learn more about our most important star! Join us to make solar prints (workshops every half hour) and bracelets that change color when exposed to the UV rays of the sun. Then beat the heat and try some indoor mini golf! We'll have three holes of CMOW mini golf for you to try. Finally, create a work of art of your favorite summer treat with Ice Cream Art! Tickets are $5 for members and $15 for non-members and go on sale May 10th.
