This unit only has 1 designated parking space, and the complex has 9 overflow spots on a “first come, first serve” basis. Towing is enforced and parking passes are required. One of the streetside bedrooms has a double bed and the second bedroom streetside has two full size beds. The dining room table seats six and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. Conveniences include central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, high chair, TV, iron/ironing board and secured Wi-Fi. This property rents on a weekly basis only. This home does not have a golf cart outlet. All properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not included.
