Great home for your family vacation! Located in the fashionable Island Park community on the west end of Ocean Isle, this home features 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and sits in a peaceful little neighborhood close to the waterway and just mins. away from the beach. Enormous outdoor shower. Sit on the front porch and watch the kids play in a huge open area with plenty of room to play games or ride bicycles. Step towards the back yard to find the community dock if you choose to do some fishing or kayaking at high tide. When the crew is ready for a break from the beach, this home is just a few homes away from two community pools - ideal for cooling off after a long day at the beach. All TV's offer cable and streaming services. Entirely supplied kitchen. Bring your own linens (sheets * bath towels) or we can provide contact info for linen rental service. Paper products (paper towels and toilet paper) NOT supplied.

Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer customers an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for additional information.
