  • In the Cape Fear area area, The earlier you can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your vacation rental up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season in the Cape Fear area area. Book your Cape Fear area vacation home in Fall or Spring to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.   • When it's time to leave, take a final walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
