This three bedroom two bath ranch home is located in a peaceful neighborhood in the central part of town. The kitchen comes entirely outfitted with everything you will need to make a home-cooked meal and you can savor this meal at the breakfast bar or in the dining room in our roomy open floor plan. Just off the kitchen is a screened in patio with additional outdoor seating, gas firepit and a 55" flatscreen for game day! This home is gorgeously done and the finishes are top-notch!

The area's natural beauty can be seen at Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach, while Jungle Rapids Family Fun Park and Carolina Beach Boardwalk are popular area attractions. New Hanover County Arboretum and Cape Fear Paddleboarding are also worth visiting.

Getting the most from your rental budget:

  • In the Cape Fear area area, The earlier you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your vacation home 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property managers often offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses.   • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and look for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the host isn't available, take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
