Appreciate your vacation in this handsome 3 bedroom/2 bath home that is located is the heart of OKI. Just a short walk to multiple area eateries and stores and three blocks (8-10 min. walk) from the beach.

Prepare gourmet meals in the home's impressive, well-supplied kitchen with bespoke cabinets and granite countertops.

Savor the sounds of birds and the ocean while you relax on the screened in porch.

If you want to get some fresh air and exercise, use the supplied bicycles to discover the island and discover it's beauty.
If you bring a boat, there's plenty of room to park. You are welcome to use the lockable garage to secure your fishing gear overnight, and there is a drop cord and electrical outlet outside to charge your batteries.

Self-check-in with keyless entry. Work or play using the high-speed wireless internet, or spend a day on the beach with complimentary beach chairs and beach toys!

Access to entire home and shared access to the garage, bicycles, firepit, yard and driveway areas.

As your host, we are committed to exceeding your expectation for an fun stay in alluring Oak Island. We are very responsive and always available to help with any questions or issues that may arise.

Oak Island is a low-key place to relax and appreciate time away from the hustle and bustle. The neighborhood is peaceful, and just three blocks to direct beach access. Most of the homes in the area are full-time residents, and everybody here is very welcoming and friendly!

We are just 15 min. drive from historic Southport, where "Safe Haven" and other films were based.

There are multiple ocean-front eateries on the island, and plenty to do, including golf, putt-putt & arcade, skydiving, and more. Go shopping or drop your boat in for a day of fishing at one of the boat launches on the island.

Walking or cycling is a great way to get fresh air and a little exercise at the same time. There are tons of eateries, stores and shopping within a 5-8 min. walk. If you want to discover a little further, driving works well, or call a taxi or an Uber on the island.

FAMILY PETS
Animals are welcome!! There is a non-returnable pet fee of $75 that covers up to 2 (two) dogs, max size 60 lbs.

Bring your own linens (sheets, towels, & washcloths). Or, if you prefer, we are happy to schedule a linens drop off for an additional charge of $110.

NOTE: This listing is for the upstairs, main-level ONLY. There is a separate ground-floor studio apartment (NOT supplied) that may be occupied by other guests.

This apartment is located in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Caswell Beach and Bay Beach. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Bald Head Island Information Center are also worth visiting.
