All guests must sign an Affordable Sizable Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Giant Properties. Affordable Grand Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

This condo is located in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting.

Finding your perfect rental:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Sunset Beach. Booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our best tip for saving money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Some owners offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family.
• Property management companies often offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
