Unwind and appreciate the view. Our newly constructed home is located in a private gated community between the sound and the ocean on the eastern end of Sunset Beach providing the best of both worlds. This oceanfront property offers an comfortably accessible ramp for strollers, wheelchairs, and bicycles. On the sound side is a dock with boat slip and the ability to indulge in water sports or fishing. A heated saltwater pool and spa, turfed recreation area, fire pit, pool table, and ping pong table provide plenty of outdoor enjoyment. A huge sundeck as well as two enormous covered decks with seating/calming cater to sun lovers and to those who prefer the shade. An elevator accessing each floor of the home from the garage accepts simple transport of bags and groceries. The first floor is equipped with a completely furnished kitchen with two fridges, dishwashers, and microwaves as well as a huge range making cooking and cleaning up a breeze for sizable groups. Take advantage of the coffee bar that has two coffee makers and an electric teapot as well as a wet bar with an ice maker and a drink cooler. The cavernous downstairs open floor plan as well as two large dining tables allow for gathering and sharing meals. The master suite offers a desk as well as a luxury bath with a soaking tub and a walk in shower. An additional powder room is also located on the first floor. The second floor holds 6 bedrooms each with a private bathroom. These include two king rooms, two queen rooms, and two double full bunk rooms. The laundry room is equipped with two washers and dryers. A sitting room overlooking the sound is the ideal place to relax and watch the sunset. On a rainy day, kids and adults alike can be entertained in the game room with video games, board games, shuffleboard, and seating to lounge and watch a movie.

In an effort to protect our guests and our property, security cameras are located on the outside perimeter of the home.
There is an additional fee of $100 per day to have the spa function as a hot tub (heated up to 100 degrees).
