You will appreciate this oceanfront 2nd-floor unit! This property offers 2 swimming pools and 2 walkways to the beach. Check the photos to see what a great view of the ocean you have from the deck as well as from the living room. This unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, washer/dryer, & cable TV. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has 2 twin beds plus there is a queen sleeper couch in the living room. Permitted parking for 2 cars.

****PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited in Carolina Beach & Kure Beach. Guests are only allotted two parking spaces, and Parking Passes are required. Carolina Beach Realty (CBR) will not be held responsible for guests with more than two cars or for cars that are towed due to negligence to use parking passes. The HOA does allow for two guest parking passes, per guest visit. However, the Sand Pebbles HOA does not have assigned parking and cannot guarantee a parking space for any car. The HOA recommends that guests only bring one car during peak season. Sand Pebbles has 91 parking spaces and 72 units.

About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on the beach. Ocean Front Park and Fort Fisher State Historic Site are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Tregembo Animal Park are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
