Welcome to Blue Oceanfront Retreat! Designed to anticipate your needs for a calming, fun filled stay. We have made an effort to make the condo a ideal fit for families, couples, or friends. Awesome location! The condo is within walking distance of the Boardwalk, Fishing Pier, Carolina Lake Park, Marina, shopping, nightlife and dining. Stay at our condo and savor a coffee or drink on our balcony as you look out at an unobstructed sea view. We hope you savor our piece of heaven!

You will be 63 steps from building parking to an all ramp beach access!!! We are now including various beach chairs, umbrella, modest cooler, and a coffee bar for your appreciation! Our condo is in the premium stretch of Carolina Beach! It is in between the North Pier and Boardwalk so everything is walk-able but in a modest, peaceful 6 unit building. You will wake up to superb, unobstructed sunrises, and appreciate being close to all the action in Carolina Beach. Our condo is an oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with a huge single floor outdoor space to enjoy inviting on for your holiday. Our home sleeps 6 agreeably with a brand new pressure relieving King master bed, Queen bed in the second bedroom with a brand new delight foam topper, and a queen sleeper couch with foam topper. Our unit is 900 sq. ft. and on the first floor, so the only stairs you need to climb are the one flight to get up into the unit. Our view is an unobstructed sea view. The beach access is to the right of the unit, so you will not be looking at a walkway from the balcony, only dunes and sea! The unit directly above us is rarely occupied so you won't hear people walking around like you would on most 1st floor condos.

We are owners that care about your experience and appreciation. It is important to have smooth and prompt communication and that is what you will receive from us. We take pride in our unit and listen to guest feedback, whether private or public. We want our condo to be a tradition that you visit every year, and every year you will see new updates and upgrades.

We have tried to design and furnish the condo with the guest's happiness in mind. The condo displays an open floor plan with beachy accents, and modest personal touches that we hope you enjoy. We have all new living room furnishings and paint with an open floor plan. New stainless steel appliances and a completely outfitted kitchen. All new linens and decor. Our kitchen is supplied with a side by side refrigerator with ice maker and water in door, an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. We also have all the other necessities that you will need to make meals at the beach - Keurig and basket coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots, pans, dishes, mugs, and wine glasses. Seating for 4 at the dining table. 2 additional stools stored in the master closet.

Linens and towels are supplied based on the number of occupants listed in the reservation. We have additional blankets in every room. Brand new AC/Heat unit to ensure you are peaceful during your stay!

The master bath has a walk in shower, and the guest bathroom also has a walk in shower with a laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer. The master has a generous walk in closet with abundant hanging space and ironing board / iron for your comfort. Every room is supplied with a Intelligent TV. There is a 55 inch TV in the living room, 43 inch TV in the master bedroom, and 33 inch TV in the guest bedroom. Along with Intelligent TVs we have Spectrum basic cable with HBO added. We also have a wide variety of games and puzzles that we hope you enjoy.

Our unit has beach access to the right of the unit and it is an all ramp access, with no steps. We are also lucky enough to have a lifeguard post right by our home for added safety when bringing families and those new to the beach. We have a variety of outdoor space furnishings to relax on including bar height chairs, bar height stools, and regular height chairs.

We offer key-less entry, making check-in a wind with every reservation having their own unique code.

We recommend trip insurance due to unpredictable weather.
