Appreciate this cavernous apartment full of southern appeal a short 15 min. walk to Downtown Wilmington and the riverfront. The apartment features a roomy 2 bedrooms,2 bathrooms, a comfortable living room, dining room, and a kitchen that’s completely loaded.

Bedroom 1: This is the master bedroom. It has a Queen sized bed, a TV with access to Netflix, and cable; closet and dresser space and plenty of natural lighting.

Bedroom 2: Another huge sized bedroom which has a queen sized bed, closet and dresser space.

Living room: The living room offers cozy seating for a calming evening at home or for entertaining guests.

Bathroom: One full bathroom located upstairs with the necessary haircare products.
